[Also in Group XXXVI] A multi-conductor strip consists of a strip of insulating material, transverse groups of flat conductors on both faces of the strip, longitudinal groups of flat conductors also on both faces of the strip and conductive members passing through the strip from face to face to connect together conductors of some or all of the transverse groups on one face by means of conductors in a longitudinal group on the other face. The conductors may be printed on the strip which may be of resinbonded paper or p.v.c. Figs. 1 and 2 show both faces of a strip 21 having transverse groups of conductors 25 and longitudal groups of conductors 29 printed on one face 24 and transverse groups of conductors 31 and longitudinal groups of conductors 34 printed on the other face. Conductors 25 are connected to the long conductors 34 by conductive members 35 and conductors 31, and the short conductors 34, are connected to the conductors 29 by conductive members 36. The conductive members 34, 35 may be cylindrical bodies suitably swaged or eyelets or conductive coatings on the inner surface of the holes. A number of such a strips 21 may be spaced one above another to form a contact bank multiple for use with a plurality of two motion selectors.
