832,960. Watch straps. GEMEX CORPORATION. Nov 12, 1958, No. 36431/58. Class 43 - A wrist watch connector comprises a housing 12 having side lugs attached to the end of a watch strap, a spring 20 within a cylindrical tube 22 within the housing, end pins 25, 26 with enlarged ends abutting the ends of the spring and passing through apertures in the ends of the cylindrical tube and shouldered ends passing through apertures in the housing 12. A lever has one arm 34 with an aperture through which the pin 26 passes and the other arm 33 overlies the cylindrical tube and has a finger piece 36 projecting through a slot 21 in the housing whereby moving the finger piece in the slot withdraws the pin 26 from the housing to ensure easy engagement and detachment from the lugs of the wrist watch.
