831,911. Rotary conveyers; endless conveyers. BRATBY & HINCHLIFFE Ltd. Sept. 15, 1958 [Sept. 30, 1957], No. 30473/57. Class 78 (1). A rotary table 10 for transferring bottles from conveyers 11, 12 to a conveyer 13 has fixed guides 14, 18, 19, 20 disposed above it in such a manner that any bottle displaced inwards from the edge of the table on passing through one of the passages 21, 22, 23 will be displaced laterally towards the edge and upon its next approach to the guides will be in alignment with the adjacent passage nearer to the edge. A space 25 between the guide 20 and the centre of the table allows bottles to pass which do not encounter the guides. Such bottles are guided by a deflector 28 to a position which ensures their passage between the guides 19, 20. The entrances to the passages 21, 22, 23 are disposed on a chord 26 of the table.
