Class 141 [Also in Group XIII] A shaped board for use in stretching garments is provided with a punch-perforated strip of a rust-proof metal Or alloy arranged so that its roughened surface contacts the inner surface of a garment mounted on the board. A frame 1 for a jersey &c. has two punch-perforated strips 2 of zinc, copper, brass &c. mounted on opposite sides of a wooden support 3 so that the edges 5 of the punched holes 6 face outwardly. The support 3 is located at the waist portion and may be adjustably mounted on the board by means of teeth 13 engaging in notches 12 in the side frame members 7. For stretching sleeved garments, arm members provided with similar strips 2 are pivotally mounted on the shoulder portions of the frame. Boards for stretching socks or stockings have punchperforated strips at their top portions
