Abstract

825,769. Tubular-framed endless-belt conveyers. TOMKINS, H. E. Oct. 18, 1957 [Sept. 17, 1956], No. 28416/56. Class 78 (1). An endless belt conveyer 28 is mounted on tubular frame 26, the end rollers 11, 22 being mounted on respective tubular members 15, 24, secured as at 27, to said frame. Troughing rollers 32 (Fig. 3) and lower rollers 35 are secured to the frame 26 by clip 29. The frame carries driving motor 19 in box 17, the latter supporting feeding trough 61 (having rubber skirting 53) and discharge shoot 50 (Fig. 7) and being supported by swivel support 40 so that (Fig. 7) several such conveyers may be used in series. Additionally, two such tubular frames may be used; and the frame may be lengthened by a section " let into '' its length.
