Abstract
A fungicidal composition comprises as active ingredient p-chloro-, -thiocyano-acetyl benzene and an inert solid, e.g. tricalcium phosphate, precipitated chalk, bentonite, kaolin, kieselguhr, cork powder or wood powder or a liquid diluent containing an emulsifier, e.g. a high-boiling point vegetable oil, such as castor oil, or a low-boiling point organic solvent, such as carbon tetrachloride, ethylene dichloride, tetrachlorethane, a hydrated naphthalene, an alkylated naphthalene or solvent naphtha, or a mixture of two or more of these solvents.
