Class 30 [Also in Group XXXVI] A tool for stripping electric cables has a flattened metal shaft 3 with cutting edges 8, 10 and 11, the first extending from a sharp point 6, round a curved recess 4 to a point in arrear of a blunt shank 5. A cap (not shown) may be provided which connects, e.g. by screwing to the handle 1 and may have holding or suspending means. An alternative form of handle may be hinged to the shaft to close like a pocket knife, preferably to enclose the shaft, or the tool may form part of a pocket knife.
