821,515. Sleeve couplings. BRITISH INSULATED CALLENDER'S CABLES Ltd. Feb. 8, 1956 [Feb. 9, 1955], No. 3898/55. Addition to 775,557. Class 38 (1). A compression joint between two stranded conductors as described and claimed in the parent Specification but modified in that the mandrel 4 has a central unrecessed portion 12 (Fig. 1) or in that the mandrel 4 is of uniform cross-section throughout (Fig. 3), a number of separate rings 5 being used.
