814,555. Toothbrush holders. CLAYTON S. J. Aug. 9, 1957 [Aug. 9, 1956], No. 24351/56. Classes 52(5) and 131 A toothbrush holder comprises an openfronted container 10 subdivided into compartments by vertical partitions 11 and having a lid 18 hinged to the top of the container, toothbrush receiving slots 13 being provided in the floor of each compartment which is shaped at 14 to urge the brushes towards the rear of each compartment. The container, made of plastic, is fixed to a wall &c. by screws or adhesive or by the wedging of a flanged plate 23 on the container in sloping flanges 20 of a plate 19 secured to a wall by screws or adhesive. Ventilating apertures 25 are provided and in a modification each compartment has an independently movable, hinged lid.
