Abstract

1524905 Bag holders N M BACON 16 Aug 1976 [12 May 1976] 19452/76 Heading A4T [Also in Division B8] A holder for a handled carrier or like bag comprises two spaced support means 2, 3, each for retaining a respective handle portion of the bag and having side walls 5, 6 with portions 11, 12, 14 projecting beyond a platform portion 4 to form retaining means for the bag handles. The support means 2, 3 are preferably integrally moulded with a frame 1, e.g. from polypropylene, and slots (7), Fig. 2 (not shown), are provided to receive screws, &c., e.g. for attachment to a wall or door. The projecting portions 14 of the outer side walls 6 may have hook portions (16), Fig. 5 (not shown), to retain the bag handle if pushed over both the portions 11, 14, rather than merely the portions 11, 12.
