[Also in Group XXII] Means for centrifugally casting a rainwater pipe having a longitudinally projecting lug 17 comprises a sand core inserted in a metal mould and recessed to form the lug (see Group XXII). One or two lugs having bolt holes may be formed or an unperforated lug may be formed on an unbeaded pipe, Fig. 6. The lug may project so as to hold the pipe clear of the wall. Specification 310,224 [Class 99(2)] is referred to.
