808,359. Electrical warp stop-motions for looms. BRACEWELL Ltd., G. June 21, 1955 [June 21, 1954], No. 18137/54. Class 142(2) To enable a drop wire as used on a mechanical warp stop-motion and having round ends to the slot 29 therein to be used on an electrical stop-motion, the contact bars 13 are inclined between 4 and 8 degrees to the vertical. A fallen dropwire will engage both the central contact 11 and the bar 13 forming the second contact. The contacts are separated by insulating material 15. Brackets 17 in which the bars are mounted are secured by a bolt 21 to a rod passing through a hole 19 in each bracket and semi-circular lips 22 engage warp tension rods to locate the brackets.
