Abstract

806,178. Cabinets. McDONNELL, J. W. Aug 15, 1957 [Aug. 17, 1956], No. 25174/56. Class 52(1) A counter comprising a rearwardly inclined front display part D, a main store 33 and a top service counter S is made of coaxial closed vertical frames 8 of T-section, the webs 12 of which extend inwardly and carry detachably as by bolts 14 end, front, base and top panels 16, 15, 17, 18. The front of panel 18 and the top of panel 15 are bent respectively downwards and rearwards to provide the rear 19 and bottom 24 of part D. Intermediate frames 8 have partitions 26 for parts D secured to their webs and the partitions have guide 28 selectively engageable by goods supports 29. Transparent panels 22 are vertically slidable in slots 23 cut in the flanges of frames 8. The ends of each frame are joined at the rear top and the flanges extended upwards and secured together with a slot between. A rear panel 31 can be slid into these slots and hangs therein by projection 32.
