Class 97(1) A focusing aid comprises a two-colour filter, which is mounted on an optical or kinematograph projector so that it can be introduced at will into the light path. Preferably the filter is divided horizontally, the two colours being complementary. The filter may be annular in shape and mounted on the lens mask described in co-pending Specification 800,025.
