Class 108(1) The strut member 8 is provided with an extension 19 carrying a roller 20 which enables the tractor driver to raise the strut by pressing downwardly on the handle 16 pivoted at 15 to the trailer. The latch 14 for maintaining the strut in its raised position is gravity or spring applied and is disengaged by raising the handle 16.
