The tie bars are fused together at 16 through holes in the load bars. The latter are preferably of I-section with the portions 17 of the tie bars engaging the load bars fitting between the upper and lower flanges. The outside load bars. 21 have clamping strips on the outside of them fused to the appropriate tie bars.
