785,493. Photoflash lamps. PHILIPS ELECTRICAL INDUSTRIES. Ltd. Aug. 8, 1955 [Aug. 7, 1954], No. 22786/55. Class 9(2) [Also in Group XXXVI] A photographic flashlight lamp has its bead mount 5, 2 supported by the bentbacks ends of the leads 3, 4 at the sealing edge of the neck portion 7 and end 8, and secured by an insulating annulus 11 which is secured by the transparent lacquer layer when the latter softens during sealing process. To ensure correct insertion in the holder, the neck is formed with opposed flats 19, Fig. 5, which co-operate with corresponding surfaces on the holder. Specification 744,848 is referred to.
