785,404. Laminated springs. MASCHINENFABRIK AUGSBURG - NURNBERG AKT.-GES. Dec. 6, 1955 [Dec. 27, 1954], No. 34929/55. Class 108(3) In a laminated spring for a motor vehicle suspension, comprising ends adapted to be supported in rolling contact with plates 2 on the chassis frame, intermediate leaves 7 are extended to form an eye 8 linked to a bracket 9 of the chassis frame. In the construction shown, the plates 2 are mounted on the brackets 9 with the inter-position of rubber 4. The eye 8 engages a rubber bush 5 carried by a pin 6 rigid with the bracket 9. The ends of the spring bear against the plates 2 under no-load conditions.
