Abstract

780,173. Writing tablets. LESWICK, Ltd. Dec. 23. 1955 [Dec. 29, 1954], No. 37531/54. Class 146(2) In a writing tablet of the kind in which a semi-transparent sheet 3 of paper is arranged above a plate covered with a dark adhesive layer 2 and protected by a sheet of transparent celluloid 4 all bound together at their two ends into a unitary structure, the frame 7 which slidably accommodates these parts has a strip 8 interposed between the adhesive layer 2 and the sheet 3. The frame 7 is of U-shape in formation and in cross-section to form a channel in which the sheets may slide. A flat frame 5 may be placed between the sheets 3 and 4 to limit the writing area.
