776,992. Bricklayers guides. BOSWELL, A. B. D. Nov. 26, 1954, No. 34399/54. Class 20(2) A bricklayers guide comprises a square section post 10 having a right-angle or other angle cavity 11 in one corner as a guide for the bricks forming a corner of a building. The post is backed by angle iron 12 which determines the distance of the outside of the walls 16, from the outside of the plinth 15. Guide lines 19 are tied round the post and engage in one of a number of slats 18 on each post which are a distance apart the thickness of one brick and a layer of mortar. The post is supported by struts 14 or a hook 22 engaging inside the corner of the wall and a diagonal hole in the post.
