Abstract

Refractory material, usable without burning and mouldable after adding water, comprises 75-95 refractory base material and 5-25 unfused sintered calcium meta-aluminate cement. The cement contains 30-37 CaO to 70-63 Al2.O3. Specified base materials are chrome ore, calcined clay, diaspore and cyanite.
