[Also in Group IX] An endless filtering band which runs over rollers, for the treatment of suspensions of fibres and comprising an open-meshed, porous woven fabric, is characterized in that the warps are of single strand polyamide or polyvinyl chloride and the wefts are of metal wire. The warp spacing may be one quarter less than the weft spacing.
