[Also in Group XL (c)] A hearing aid set comprises a radio receiver embodied in a side-piece of a spectacle frame and a miniature transmitter, an amplifier and a microphone arranged in a handbag, a brief case or a cigarette cage. The receiver comprises a dipole antenna 1, a germanium or copper oxide rectifier 2 and a telephone receiver 3 but may also include a transistor amplifier. The telephone receiver 3 may be air-conducting or bone conducting. An air conducting receiver is connected to the auditory canal by a plastic tube and an ear plug. A separate radio receiver may be embodied in each side-piece.
