Abstract
756,477. Gating circuits SOC. FRANCAISE RADIO ELECTRIQUE. March 29, 1954 [March 27, 1953], No. 9197/54. Class 40 (6). [Also in Group XIX] A coincidence gate for use in an electronic counting system (see Group XIX) comprises diodes 24<SP>1</SP>-24<SP>3</SP>, each shunted by a resistor 25<SP>1</SP>-25<SP>3</SP>. If one input, e.g. C<SP>1</SP> is at high potential, while the other inputs (D<SP>1</SP>1, D<SP>11</SP>1) are at low potential, conduction occurs through the associated resistor (253) and the other diodes (24<SP>1</SP>, 24<SP>2</SP>) and no appreciable increase in potential appears at output E<SP>1</SP>. When, however, all the input are at high potential, none of the diodes conducts, and such potential is transmitted to the output.
