742,787. Shoe insoles. SCHOLL MANUFACTURING CO., Ltd. June 6, 1952 [June 6, 1951]. No. 14394/52. Class 17 (2). An insole for free disposition in shoes &c. of both right and left feet has a plurality of laminations of which an intermediate one 7 is of flexible heat-reflecting material such as metal foil, and at least one of the outer laminations 1, 4 is of foam latex. An outer covering 3, 4 of thin smooth textile material may be vulcanized or otherwise secured thereto, the whole being stitched together, if so desired, in a moisture-proof manner. Cotton felt or other form of cotton, or natural or synthetic fibres, thermoplastic or thermosetting materials, sponge or foam rubber, or cork or cork associated with a binder, may be used for that lamination 1, 4 which is not of foam rubber.
