732,410. Crates or boxes. THOMPSON & NORRIS MANUFACTURING CO., Ltd. April 23, 1954 [May 13, 1953], No. 13333/53. Class 18. A box or crate has a handle of I-shape, the end portions 10 of which are enclosed in doubled over portions 7 of the end walls. The handle may be of channel section metal or may be a flat strip of wood, cardboard &c. The bar 9 may be enclosed by a doubled partition 18 which may interengage with a cellular fitting 20. Parts 23 of the portions 7 may engage notches (not shown) in the partition. The base may be integral with the side walls 4, and with them, be secured to flaps on the end walls 5. The side walls have doubled over extensions 6. The end portions of the handle may have extensions enclosed by the doubled side wall portions.
