728,852. Hinges. SCHREIBER, S. Dec. 4, 1952, No. 30832/52. Class 65(2). A hinge comprises an element 10 formed by cutting from an extrusion, the element being of circular cross section with an integral extended radial portion 11 and being formed with two spaced recesses 12, 13 in its periphery and with a central bore, whereby when a pivot pin 14 extends through the bore and a spring 15 bears on the periphery to engage in one or other of the recesses, the portion 11 will be retained in alternative angular portions. Pin 14 is secured between the sides of an inverted U-shaped bracker 6 fixed to the framework 1 of a bed-tray stand according to Specification 728,851, [Group XIV], and the portion 11 is secured to one of the folding legs 17 of the stand.
