Class 20 (4) A suspended ceiling in which each panel 17 can be separately detached and replaced comprises inverted channel-shaped rails 13 having flanges 15, parts 16 of which extend in an upward direction, and panel-carrying bolts 18 which hook onto the flanges 15 and are free to move along them. Each panel is supported on cross-shaped heads 19b of four sleeve nuts 19. The rails 13 may rest on the flanges 12 of transverse beams 11 or may be fastened to the real ceiling 10 by bolts, Spacer blocks 20 of the same thickness as the flanges 12 are provided.
