Abstract

Free-flowing vitamin A and/or vitamin D preparations which retain their potency over long periods are made by absorbing fish liver oil, a concentrate therefrom, or an oil concentrate of synthetic vitamin A and/or vitamin D on finely-divided sorghum. Preferably the vitamin preparation is absorbed by mixture with sufficient ground sorghum and then additional ground sorghum is mixed in. Specification 704,064 is referred to.ALSO:Free-flowing vitamin A and/or vitamin D preparations which retain their potency over long periods are made by absorbing fish liver oil, a concentrate therefrom, or an oil concentrate of synthetic vitamin A and/or vitamin D on finely-divided sorghum. Preferably the vitamin preparation is absorbed by mixture with sufficient ground sorghum and then additional ground sorghum is mixed in. Specification 704,064 is referred to.
