Abstract

697,253. Electric tests and measurements. FIELDEN (ELECTRONICS), Ltd. April 4, 1952 [April 6, 1951], No. 8009/51. Addition to 645,732. Class 37. [Also in Group XL (c)] In a modification of the parent Specification wherein a valve is made to stop oscillating when the capacity of an electrode is increased due to the proximity of an object, the change in condition is produced by the level of the material in a container a reaching a fixed electrode b. The resulting increase in the capacity to earth of the electrode b causes valve v to stop oscillating, whereupon relay f energizes, to close an indicating circuit at f<SP>1</SP>, and control circuit at f<SP>2</SP>.
