Abstract

685,984. Saliva ejectors. NORDIN, E. H. Aug. 23, 1951 [Sept. 7, 1950], No. 19895/51. Class 81 (ii). A saliva ejector is symmetrical about the centre line of the discharge tube and is provided with a detachable tongue guard. In the described form the tube 1 is bent at 7 to pass over the lower lip and then into an upward curve 2 having suction holes 8. This portion is slotted along its uppermost line and a tongue guard 4 is fitted into it and retained by a screw 10. Below the chin the tube 1 is bent inwards at 3.
