Abstract
673,485. Discharge lamps. WESTING- HOUSE ELECTRIC INTERNATIONAL CO. April 18, 1950 [June 29, 1949], No. 24089/51. Divided out of 673,477. Drawings to Specification. Class 39 (i). In low pressure elongated discharge lamps as described in Specification 673,477, similar results are obtained using a gas mixture filling of 70-80 per cent krypton and 30-20 per cent neon, at a pressure of 2-3 mm. of mercury, together with mercury vapour, the lamp operating temperature preferably being 40- 50 C.
