[Also in Group XIII] In a cooling tower packing substantially as described in Specification 672,244, the locating posts 12 are secured to the top and bottom tiers of laths 1 so that a rigid unit is formed, and each post has a locating aperture 15 and a locating pin 14 at opposite ends so that the unit can be superimposed on a similarly constructed unit. Specification 672,331 also is referred to.
