Abstract

667,555. Trophies. WATERHOUSE, F. A. July 31, 1950 [Aug. 4, 1949], No. 19070/50. Class 132 (ii). A trophy cup comprises a bowl 2 having notches 2a which co-operate with notches 1b in handles 1 having wedgeshaped lower parts 1c lying in notches 3a in a stem 3 on a base 4 so as tc secure the handle in place when the parts 2, 3 and 4 are drawn together by a bolt E and a nut 6b. The bolt 6 also carries a plinth 5 held by a nut 6c. The handles 1 have parts 1d fitting the bowl and terminating at points 1e on which the handles fulcrum during assembly to lock the notches 2a, 1b firmly together.
