[Class 142(ii)] Each warp beam 4 in a crutch rack 8 at the back of a smallwave loom has a brake band 15. one end of which is anchored at 20 while the other end is attached to a rod 16 loaded by a spring 18. The warps pass over a glass rod 11 and a roller 12.
