Abstract

650,188. Spring seats. OVERBY, S. May 31, 1948, No. 14710. [Class 52 (iv)] A frame 61 carrying a seat surface is resiliently supported on a base frame 55 by bent wire springs with vertically disposed coils 66, the lower limbs of which are pivoted to links 70 which pivot on studs 72 projecting inwardly from the front and back rails of the base frame. The upper limbs of the springs are bent at right angles in the plane of the top frame and rigidly secured thereto.
