Abstract

646,886. Brackets. FIRTH, H. June 5, 1948, No. 15221. [Class 52 (v)] A bracket adjustably connected to a vertical stanchion and having means for locking it in position comprises a bracket member 12 slidably mounted on a T-shaped stanchion 11 and having a pin 12c which engages in slots 11a on the stanchion. A second slidable member 15 with slots 15a which engage over the pin 12c has an eccentric 14 pivoted thereto. When the bracket has been adjusted to its correct position the eccentric is turned by a handle 14a into its locking position.
