Abstract

One or more layers of pulped or crushed fruit, and sweetened fruit juices combined with a gelatine and layer of an ice cream material are put in a mould and frozen to produce a block. A small stick which may have a small fruit pressed on to the end may be included in the mould, the stick being supported centrally by a hole in the cover of the mould.
