Abstract
A grinding roller mill, for chocolate, with a series of successive co-operating rollers having peripheral speeds which increase toward the end roller, which has a speed of more than 300 metres per minute, is characterised in that the roller mill comprises more than 6 rollers and that the differences between the peripheral speeds of successive rollers amount at most to 100 metres per minute. The second roller has a speed less than 15 per cent. of that of the end roller. The peripheral speed differences beyond the second roller are the same at each grinding point.
