Abstract

640,807. Knobs. CASTLE PRODUCTS, Ltd., and GRANT, H. B. Aug. 31, 1948, No. 22904. [Class 52 (i)] A door knob made from synthetic resinoid or like material comprises two parts a, b, interengageable in a spigot and socket manner, and a separately formed boss d, inserted through one of the parts, the whole being secured together by solvent or other adhesive. The boss d cooperates with the spindle of a door fastening and is formed with a conical shoulder e which abuts against a corresponding surface in the part b.
