[Class 89 (ii)] [Also in Groups X and XXX] In making a wooden load-handling pallet (see Group XXX) the parts are secured together by nails which are clinched at their projecting ends, these ends then being covered by other parts to be secured to the first-mentioned parts. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 comprises also the application to any article made of wood. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
