[Class 39 (iii)] A heating unit for an oven comprises two sheathed wire resistance elements 10 mounted in recesses 20 spaced in the top edges of flanges 13 bent up from a sheet metal framework 12, the openings of the recesses being narrower than the diameter of the elements 10. Metal ears 21 on the flanges are bent aside to allow entry of the elements, and 'are then bent back over the elements, which are thus separately replacable. Specification 373,831 is referred to.
