[Class 145 (ii)] [Also in Group XXXIII] The rear fairing structure for a helicopter rotor blade is constructed from plywood or other mouldable material and comprises upper and lower skin panels 19 connected along their trailing edges by a member 21 and supported by longitudinally spaced formers 20. To support the skin and formers in correct relationship during the moulding process they are clamped between shaped blocks 23, 24. The leading edge of each skin panel is attached to the block 24 which is slotted to locate the formers 20 in spaced relationship, the whole. being clamped within the shaped cavity formed in the block 23.
