'[Class 45] [Also In Group X] A metallic fabric comprises parallel metal strips arranged face to face, with intermediate corrugated bars whose corrugations are alternately fixed to one strip at or near its top and to the adjacent strip at or near its bottom. The corrugations in the bars 3 shown are straight at the tips where they are welded to the faces, of the strips 1, the welding metal 3b, 3c, being applied to the undersides of the tips to form supports therefor.
