622,953. Floor &c. slabs. HILCON, Ltd., and HINCHLIFFE, E. D. Nov. 19, 1946, No. 34194. [Classes 20(ii) and 87(i)] A floor &c. slab comprises a reinforced heavy concrete frame 2, 3, the upper parts of the openings 4 of which are filled with lightweight concrete 12 covering wire mesh 11 which is embedded at its edges in the frame. The slabs may be supported on beams formed as described in Specification 574,559 and provided with upstanding lugs to strengthen them and to space the slabs longitudinally.
