Abstract

616,118. Chains. GOODE, J. A. Aug. 28, 1946, No. 25754. [Class 24] A chain comprises alternate links 10 and 13, the inner links 10 being formed from an H shaped blank, and the outer links 13 having a central opening 14. In assembling, the end projections 12 of link 10 are inserted through the opening 14 of link 13, the end portions 15 of which are then folded over as shown in two stages in Fig. 4 so as to prevent withdrawal of the link 10. For a flexible bracelet, the links may be curved to suit the contour of a wrist (Fig. 5, not shown).
