[Class 39 (iii)] The oven contains booster and maintaining elements controlled by a thermostat, which switches out the booster elements when a pre-set oven temperature is reached. The degree of heat insulation of the oven, and the loading of the maintaining elements are such that the oven temperature will not fall during a normal maximum cooking period from the pre-set value to the value at which the thermostat would switch in the booster elements.
