Abstract

615,702. Indicating-apparatus. BURDICK, C. L. Aug. 7, 1946, No. 33467. [Class 106 (iv)] [Also in Group XX] In a hygrometer a main humidity pointer is arranged to actuate maximum and minimum points on either side of the main pointer. The maximum and minimum pointers 12, 11 mounted on the central post 2 carry lugs engageable by the main pointer 8 which moves according to the response of the sensitive strip 10 to changes in humidity. The pointers 12, 11 carry balancing extensions 26, 27 which may be engaged for re-setting by spring-loaded pawls 28, 29 on arms 30, 31 urged apart by a spring 32.
