[Class 136 (i)] A dress guard 1 comprises a disc 2 secured to the driving chain wheel 10 by screws and having a circular boss 3 or the like upon its inner side and a boundary flange 4 plane with its outer surface. The crank bearing passes through a central aperture 9 in the disc which is moulded from plastic material.
