[Class 97 (i)] A view-finder for a kinematograph camera comprises a rotary shutter with an opaque portion carrying a mirror 3 and mounted obliquely so as to reflect, during the cut-off periods, the beam of light from the objective 1 in a direction parallel to the direction of progress of the film, reflecting systems 4, 12, 8, 9, 10 adapted to return said beam behind the camera along the axis of the objective, and a sighting device 11 on said axis for viewing the image formed by the objective. The reflecting surface 12 may be semi-reflecting and carried diagonally between prisms 13, 13<1>, whereby an additional reflector 6 and viewing device 7 may be provided. Alternatively, the surface 12 may have opaque reflecting, semi-reflecting and clear portions arranged one above the other, whereby, by a vertical movement of the combined prism, either or both sighting devices may be brought into operation at will.
